Privacy policy
1. Data controller
Individual entrepreneur entrepreneur's full name (TIN TIN), registered address, [email protected].
2. What data we collect
- from the payment form: full name, phone, email;
- during classes: attendance, passes and classes purchased, payments (amount, date, status);
- in correspondence: your messenger username and ID if you write to us on Telegram.
We never receive or store your bank card details.
3. Why
To process and record payments, passes and attendance, issue fiscal receipts, notify you about schedule changes and pass expiry, and comply with tax law.
4. Where data is stored and who receives it
Data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in Germany (Frankfurt). Payment data is received by Ameriabank, receipt data by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The school's email runs on Google Workspace; Telegram messages are transmitted via Telegram. The website runs through Cloudflare. Data is not shared with or sold to anyone else.
By paying for services, you consent to this processing, including storage and transfer of data outside Armenia.
5. Security and card data
The website works over HTTPS only. Payments are processed on Ameriabank's secure page with 3-D Secure: the card number, expiry date and CVV are entered only there. The school sees only the fact, amount and status of the payment. Only the school's administrators and teachers have access to student data.
6. How long we keep data
While you attend the school and for 5 years after your last payment.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, except for data we are required by law to keep. Write to [email protected].
8. Cookies and statistics
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personally identifying data.
